I’d rather be upfront than bury it in fine print.

No returns

Every mini is cast or 3D-printed and finished by hand, and a lot of them are made to order, so I can’t take returns or do refunds if you change your mind. I know that’s not what some folks want to hear, but it’s the honest answer.

Damaged in the mail

This is the part that matters. If your mini shows up busted or there’s a casting or printing goof, just snap a photo within 14 days and send it through the contact page. I’ll ship you a new one, free. Don’t even bother mailing the broken one back. Keep it, toss it, kitbash it, whatever you want.

Wrong or missing stuff

Got the wrong thing, or something didn’t make it into the box? Tell me within 14 days and I’ll fix it.
