Every order earns points. There is nothing to spend them on yet, and I would rather say that plainly than dress it up. Redemption is a few weeks out. The points are already yours, and they will be waiting when it lands.

How you earn

One point per dollar, on the goods in your order. Shipping and tax do not earn, because paying a courier is not loyalty to me and I would rather not have the rate depend on which state you live in.

Points land when the order is marked complete, which is when it ships. If you refund something, the points for that part come back off. That is the only time they go down.

The Founders Club

The first hundred orders are in it, permanently. Not the first hundred customers, the first hundred orders, so it is decided the moment you pay rather than weeks later when I get round to posting.

Founders get 5% off everything from then on. It comes off automatically while you are signed in, and it is not a coupon, so it does not use up the one code you are allowed to hold. Founders also see every new batch a day before anyone else.

Founder status is never taken away. Refund an order, stay a Founder. It is a record of having been early, not a balance.

What is coming

Redemption, first. Then points for reviews and for tagging what you have painted, because those are worth more to me than another order is, and the scheme should say so.

Anyone who reviewed or posted before that goes live gets their points added by hand. Being early should not cost you.

The boring part

Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold. I can adjust a balance if something has clearly gone wrong, in either direction. If I ever have to change these rules I will say what changed and when, on this page.

Something not adding up? Reply to any email from me. It comes straight to me.
