Belldread Goliat

About this miniature

The Belldread are among Voss's rarest and most unsettling creations. Only three are known to exist, and few within the Citadel understand how they were made. They speak, judge, brood, and remember more than most Bellwoken should. Still, they serve Voss, though no one knows why.

Goliat is the youngest and most recently forged Belldread. He speaks in a low, slow, oddly polite voice, though he rarely says anything twice. Goliat does not rush into battle. He walks toward it with calm, dreadful purpose, as if the outcome has already been decided. Some Bellwoken see him as a guardian. Others see him as a menace. Goliat seems content to be both.
